FAQs

How do I access my products after I complete my order? After you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your product(s).

What are the shipping costs? At this time, Insight & Designs is only offering digital downloads. There are no shipping costs because there are no physical products to be shipped. (If custom products need to be shipped, shipping costs will be discussed in the quote.)

How do I print my products? You can print at home or send the design to a local or online print shop.

How can I get a custom design? Send an email stating the type of product you want designed. Include any details, description, or preferences you have (such as the quote or saying you want, size, font preferences, etc.) I will reply as soon as I can with a price quote and additional information, and we'll go from there.

What is your return policy? At this time Insight & Designs does NOT offer refunds. All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an email to sales@insightanddesigns.com within 30 days of purchase to work out an exchange of equal or lesser value.
